With over a decade of experience as a professional trainer, Alex has had experience working as a 1 on 1 personal trainer as well as teaching group exercise classes in a Functional Fitness setting.  He has worked with almost every type of client: from 70 year olds to 8 year olds, the goal is still the same: peak performance!   From his experience, he has found the saying, “the devil is in the details” to be true to reach one’s full athletic potential.  Attention to detail and building a strong foundation is the key to unlocking your potential no matter your goals.  As a Strength & Conditioning professional his goal is to create a stronger, more coordinated athlete for the Prodigy coaches to mold into the best baseball players they can be!
